I’m determined to get caught up on all of these income reports by the end of the week. I’ve been working hard at KDP for the past week but today I’m going to pivot to Merch. I’m still going to work on KDP but I can’t ignore Merch or Etsy. Let’s start by taking a look at what I earned in January from Merch on Demand:
January 2025 Income Report
In January 2025, I made $77.58 with 16 sales and 2 returns for a total of 14 sales. I have 500 designs uploaded to 7,655 products. I sold 10 unique designs across 2 different products in January – 15 standard t-shirts and 2 pullover hoodies. The returns were on 2 standard t-shirts. I also only sold to the United States in January.
When it comes to advertising in January, I spent $8.78, made 3 sales and had an ACOS of 11.87% which is really good. I went from one of the worst ACOS I’ve ever had in December to one of the best in January.
Total Amazon Merch on Demand Income for January 2025: $68.80
Previous Month’s Earnings
December 2024: $89.24
November 2024: $98.84
October 2024: $43.88
September 2024: $131.50
I expected a big dip in income now that the holidays are over. We also had a change in government and some people are saving their money just in case the economy tanks (looks pretty likely that it will). Taking all of this into account, I think I did pretty well in January. I did better than I did in October which is part of Q4 so that’s encouraging.
What Did I Do In January?
I didn’t do anything in January because there’s not much to do right now. I can’t do much of anything until I get into T1000 but that might not happen for a few more months. I’m hoping to get tiered up by June. I still need anywhere from 25-75 sales depending on if Amazon counts returns or cancelled orders or not. I’ll make a few tasks or goals to accomplish in my February Income Report which I’ll try to get published later tonight or tomorrow morning.
