February 2025 – Etsy Store Income Report

I’m just going to go ahead and knock out this income report tonight even though it’s already midnight and I should be in bed. Let’s knock it off with the chit chat and get into my Feburary 2025 Etsy store income report.

February 2025 Income Report

Wow, I am so impressed! In February, I made $65.78 from 1 orders. I had 316 visits which gives me a conversion rate of 3.6%. Not bad. It’s a much bigger improvement over January than I was expecting.

I do not spend money on advertising, however, Etsy does their own advertising and they take out listing fees. The listing fees were $12.42 and their marketing fee was $3.48.

What Did I Do In February?

As I said in my January income report, I was on vacation for most of the month and didn’t do anything aside from doing some quick customer service stuff (helping customers with broken Canva links).

Goals for March 2025

  • Post 2 new items in my store per day
  • Create 2 new items per day
  • Create display videos & pictures for 2 new items per day
  • Create PDFs for 2 new items per day
  • Create Canva guides for 2 new items per day

These goals are for the rest of the month starting tomorrow, March 18. This month, I need to start getting new items published in my store. I keep procrastinating and I need to just do it. I really wanted to get product bundles published on my store before publishing the individual products so that customers don’t buy something and then realize later that they could have saved money with a bundle, but waiting on that is costing me money. I still have too many products to make before the bundles will be ready. I’ll just have to send all of my customers a special discount for the bundles. I’m thinking that publishing 2 new items in the store per day will be very doable. My store is stagnate and I’m hoping that new products will bump up the views and sales. I also want to keep creating new products so I can get those bundles ready to go ASAP. I have about 30 products that I still need to create before I can get the bundles set up and ready for sale. If I create 2 new products per day, I’ll just about have the 30 products ready to go by the end of the month.

My goals for March are ambitious but doable. I’m not sure how much time I’ll have since I’m in the middle of moving to a new house. They are allowing us to move in early on April 6 but we don’t close on the house until April 8. The people buying our house want the basement completely finished. We agreed to do the drywall and paint but they have to finish the rest themselves. My dad is doing the drywall and I’m doing the mudding, sanding & painting. It’s a lot of work on top of having to get my stuff packed and my furniture ready to be moved. I’m going to try to take the evenings off and focus on KDP, Merch & Etsy. Speaking of KDP & Merch, I’m doing very well on those goals. Income hasn’t reflected the work I’ve been putting in yet but I’m excited to see how much my income will increase in the next few months. It usually takes a few months before new books start to sell and the new ads I set up on Merch will also take a few weeks to really get going. I’ll dig into this stuff a little deeper next month when I publish my March income reports. Until then, I hope your businesses are going well and you are all making a lot of money with passive income.
